1. Data controller

Planeia, based in Lisboa, Portugal, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. Contact: info@planeia.net.

2. Data we collect

Information you give us in forms: name, email, phone number, company website, job function and your Planeia Radar answers.

Browsing data, only with your consent: pages visited, traffic source, device type and interactions, through analytics cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Event registration and sending the recording, performing the request you make (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Sending your Planeia Radar report and answering demo or contact requests, steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Marketing communications, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Usage statistics and site improvement, your consent to analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Site security and abuse prevention, legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who we share data with

We use processors that handle data on our behalf under appropriate contracts: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, only with consent), Microsoft (event registration management), Calendly (demo scheduling) and Meta/WhatsApp (when you message us).

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Event registrations: up to 12 months after the event.

Demo requests, contacts and Radar results: up to 24 months after our last contact.

Marketing communications: until you withdraw consent.

Analytics data: no more than 14 months.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@planeia.net. We reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt) or the authority in your country.

7. Automated decisions

Planeia Radar results are indicative only and do not produce legal effects or automated decisions that significantly affect you within the meaning of GDPR Art. 22.

8. Security and changes

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access control. We may update this policy; the latest update date is shown above.
